I took Anush to a bday party of an apartment mate who had moved house. Everyone exclaimed how Anush had grown so tall and pretty and such like. Must mention I kept looking out for a fellow blogger who I know lives there but have never met . We did not see him but we did see the new born baby sister of the birthday girl and Anush mentioned she would like a baby at our home too. Hmm.......if only I could make up my mind.
Saw Fashion ( on DVD) and ditched Quantum of Solace ( at the theatre) since Anush has not been feeling well. Realistic but little too harsh a view of the modelling world. I am beginning to like Priyanka Chopra now.
We had two families over for lunch on Sunday and the home and the food went down well with them. You must remember I do not cook regularly now a days since my mother is around. Anush despite her illness had a great time with all the kids and they all had fun in the finally done up play area at our apartment. I forgot to take pictures. I used a lot of my ceramic ware and Corning ware and the cleaning up was what was really taxing.
This was followed by lolling and viewing a mindless Dostana promo with Karan Johar and the lead cast. I am embarrassed to admit I watched Zoom TV- Zabar 10 and Red Hot countdown without taking even a snack break. It helped that Anush was fast asleep. Oh!What evil fun , even though the poor child was rather ill and a total sport about it. also began re reading The Class by Eric Segal for the umpteenth time.
This morning Anush and I began music lessons formally. She said, unprompted, " Thank you for teaching me amma. I will learn daily okay?" I hope this teacher lives up to the student's expectations here.
And yes, call me a sucker- or an eternal optimist- or just plain lazy. I saw this on TV yesterday and am so tempted to buy it. What do you think?

Love your easy posts.
This product "slim & lift" looks good, especially if u wear a lot of westerns. So give us a feedback if u buy it.
All the best with the music lessons & hope Anush gets all better soon.

wow! You teach music? Do tell me the tips and tricks as to how a mother can become a Guru to her kids. I had failed miserably trying to teach Bharatanatyam to my kids :(. Finally I had put them under another Guru!
:) at A thanking you.
whatsinaname- only just started- give me a month at least and we shall see
it helps that anush is averse to
the idea of an external teacher
