I have always thought of Vidya Balan as a thinking actress in the same league as Nandita Das or Konkona Sen.
And then I saw the promos for Heyy Babby! Well, I guess I have to change my mind.
As she says in an interview, it maybe because " I want my character to come through and not Vidya Balan"
But what the hell! Even Smita Patil had her Namak Halal.

When I saw Vidya in Parineeta, I was quite impressed with her performance.. but realised that she has the same 'sweet ad-filmy young horlicks mom smile' in all her films... (Watch songs 'Pal Pal' [Lage Raho] and 'Piyu Bole' [Parineeta]..)
It is getting monotonous now.
