Polls are back

What is Dry Ice

Free polls from Pollhost.com

Apart from the poll, you may also comment. I will share the context and background to this trow.

And yes this morning, I saw a choukidaar ( watchman) blissfully ambling along and singing out loud an old Tamil song. He spread so much cheer. Hope he has a great day!

I know the answer..
my chemistry teacher made me write a couple of answers for 10 times and one of the questions was this!
ps. this was the only composition i wrote during my school life (which was for not submitting the notes on time)...sob :(

one more question before i tell all

which of you are science students at least till undergard level?

Artnavy said...

we were ousted for not answering this question right at a jackpot
but we managed to win half a lakh -INR- so not bad

the first reason was given by 3/4 of the team and also that we r nto science grads,

The one science person said the state wrong- liquid co2 instead of solid.....

same here.. i know the answer too, but the option is not available.. had it in school general science lessons and of course, these days it is used in the buffet meals for the groom and bride.. a bowl of water(finger bowl) placed in the bigger bowl with water and dry ice to give that steam jet effect :)..

i know... i know... i know.. i would have said solid co2 a few years back.. but now i would rather say "dry ice" is an oxymoron.. :p
