I used to love the smell of a baby bathed with 'payatham mavu and vasanai podi'. The luxury is now gone. apart from your list that could be mine too i love the smell of sandal wood paste and agarbatthi.
BTW a very happy b'day to aditi. She looks very cute and even more self assured than anush.
Apart from camphor, rain and petrol - kitchen smells (coriander, ginger and of food cooking), puja smells (sandal paste, agarbatti, ghee, tulsi, flowers, sambhrani), varnish, marker ink Not sure about this but I was told people who get that heady feeling on smelling petrol/varnish/marker are more likely to get addicted to stuff. My only addiction used to be 'Coffee Bite' - if I have one, I can't stop until I've had half a dozen!
old books in a library, roasting cumin seeds, cake baking, puja smells, ...this sounds funny, but my grandmothers had this nice and warm smell. Probably it was cuticura with dollops of love, hugs and kisses.
Smell of rain....yes! The aroma of freshly baked cakes & bread and of course any good food. CK One Perfume. Baby. Filter coffee. Old books....and the list can go on :)
