ITC Sonar Bangla is most unimpressive from the outside but it is gorgeous once you enter. They have an exclusive ladies floor with extra security for the business traveler and it s called Eva. Unlike in Chennai, Dublin there is a dead place.
Apart from sleeping ( refer above post) and work, went to a really corny little bazaar- Five Star- sort of like a dirty Burma Buzaar, to give a local flavour to the Parisian American whom I was showing around.
Also found time to have sugar cane juice, Puchka & Jaal muri in the 19th century renovated “New” market.
