Amma's little helper- Part II

Now she is also into culinary skills. The rapidity & focus with which she was at it, an outsider would have thought i am a slave driver, child labour at that!!

verry cute. that look of concentration is worth a million bucks :)

my older kid was stringing beads when she was abt 3 - i clicked a pic just to capture the look of concentration. she had the same expression this morning while working out long division problems :)

Great! Make maximum use of it! :P
Do I sound like a horrendous mom? Well I'm not..trust me.. :D

I think my son got being organsied and keeping things in thier place from me in his genes. Whereas DH never keeps things in the place he's supposed to especially his shoes/slippers and I HATE IT.

However, I've a helper to remind his Dad to keep them in proper place. I think it started about 7-8 months ago..maybe more than that when once, out of habit, DH left his shoes in the drawing room and Betu promptly came and told DH "Shoes yahan rakhte hain? (pointing at teh correct place) Inko wahan rakho!" I could do nothing but smile and be satisfied!

I used to make real rotis and stuff when I was three, four; had my own child-sized equipment. Now I don't cook!

"Now she is also into culinary skills" - lucky you :) (psst, save your vegetables if you want them cooked at all)

Infant labour!

Just like that said...

never mind if the veggies are a little worse for the help, will keep them out of trouble for a while. :-) And they feel important, and are proud...!

I was just starting to scream "child labour" when I saw your disclaimer.
I love the pose she is sitting in and the concentration she brings to her work!
