Much as I try to be detached about the whole flat selection/ buying process I find myself again coming up with a hundred considerations.
But at least I am trying to be practical.
I want to ensure that I do not feel I am giving a bit of my heart away when it is time to move on or sell again.

Very true...I ve seen in the west people keep buying and selling houses depending upon the size of the family...
In India I guess its ingrained within us that buying a house is a life time investment..guess our fathers and forefathers have been that way and we follow suit :)...
